Music will be served a la carte: entree with Brisbane's own Yellow Bird. For the main course, the Maitre D (?major or minor?) is the incomparable Andrew Clermont's Extreme Supper Club. The Supper Club includes: Hanna Elizabeth (Byron), Shenzo (World Troubadour), Q the Music (S.A.), Steve Berry (N.S.W.), Willy Qua (N.S.W.), and Quentin Eyers (S.A.)
